How Our Kendra Scott Family Celebrates the Season Part 2

‘Tis the Season! There’s something so magical about the holidays – and they mean different things to everyone, whether that’s enjoying cozy nights by the fire or taking the time to give back to your community. This year, we asked our Kendra Scott Family to share their heart for the holidays and how they’ll be celebrating:

‘TIS THE SEASON TO PLAY

The holidays are always a little crazy in our family, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. It's so much fun getting to experience the magic of Christmas through my kids' eyes.

Lacy Edmonson, Director of Special Events, and her family

‘TIS THE SEASON TO START NEW BEGINNINGS

We got married in October, so this will be our first Christmas as newlyweds! I’m so excited to spend it together.

Alexis Timm, Procurement Lead, and her husband

‘TIS THE SEASON TO GO ON AN ADVENTURE

Fun fact about me: My favorite hobby is scuba diving. I've been trying to get my family to go with me for years, and when I go home to Chicago this holiday I'm not taking no for an answer.

Walker Wiese, Associate Planner

‘TIS THE SEASON TO BE WITH FAMILY

Whether we're at home with our pup, Colonel McFluff, or traveling to Italy to visit my husband's family, the holidays to me are all about being with the ones I love.

Stephanie Thurber, Senior UX Visual Designer, her husband, and her dog, Colonel McFluff

‘TIS THE SEASON TO MAKE NEW TRADITIONS

Growing up, we had so many holiday traditions, but my favorite was always decorating Christmas cookies with my mom. With a new baby in the house this season, I love thinking about all the traditions we will get to do with her.

Lilly Turnquist, Director of Risk Management

‘TIS THE SEASON TO SHARE MY MUSIC

I've been playing bass in a local Austin band forever, and my favorite part is always watching the audience get into the music. The holidays should be all about letting go and enjoying the moment, and I'm glad I have the chance to give that to them.
