2018 Year in Review

2018 was truly unforgettable! Join us as we look back on some of our favorite moments of the year…

JANUARY: Inheritance of Hope Retreat

In October of 2017, we committed to sponsoring a Legacy Retreat with Inheritance of Hope, a non-profit that inspires hope in young families facing the loss of a parent. That retreat came to life in January when we took 10 families with a parent facing metastatic breast cancer to Orlando, Florida for a memorable weekend.

March: The Candle Collection

Our first-ever Candle Collection launched in March, created in collaboration with renowned fragrance developer Ann Gottlieb – famously known as “The Nose”.

June: Our Sweet sixteen

We celebrated 16 years of Kendra Scott by donating our birthday to Children’s Miracle Network! On June 16, every single Kendra Scott store hosted a day-long Kendra Gives Back event for their local Children’s Miracle Network hospital, and our web customers were also encouraged to donate. In total, we raised over $130,000 for pediatric hospitals across the country.

September: The Charms Collection

At the end of September, we introduced our Charms Collection as a new way to personalize your look, with a range of custom charms and versatile accessories that bring your unique style to life.

September: Our First New York Store

This fall, we opened our first-ever store in New York – and have been painting the city yellow ever since.

October: Breast Cancer Awareness Month

We partnered with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation to create a giveback suite that supported breast cancer research and awareness. This suite raised $125,000 for our $250,000 research grant, The Kendra Scott Award in Honor of Holley Rothell Kitchen. In addition, our annual Holley Day celebration raised $100,000 for Inheritance of Hope, supporting a Legacy Retreat for 20 families with a parent facing metastatic breast cancer.

November: Our New Flagship Store

Eight years after opening our very first store in Austin, Texas, we introduced the new Kendra Scott Flagship, an indulgent brand experiencing featuring our Sips & Sweets Café.
