Folds of Honor x Kendra Scott

Since November 2020, we’ve partnered with Folds of Honor to celebrate the brave women, men, and families in the military that always put our freedom first. Every day, 20% of proceeds from our Folds of Honor suite provides educational scholarships to the children and spouses of our fallen and disabled service members.

Since 2007, Folds of Honor has awarded approximately 29,000 educational scholarships, totaling over $145 million in educational impact. And because of you, we’ve raised over $20,000 and helped fund four scholarships! To further support Folds of Honor, we’re proud to introduce a new Folds of Honor Flag Pendant Necklace in our Fashion Jewelry. This design emulates the iconic symbol of freedom and a badge of honor, representing the flag that is folded 13 times and then handed to each family at the memorial service of a loved one who’s served.

Tricia English and her three boys

Captain Shawn English spent nearly all of his adult life in the Army after attending college. Husband to Tricia and father to three young boys, on December 3, 2006, Cpt. English, climbed into the front passenger seat of a Humvee for a patrol mission in Baghdad and not long after leaving the command post, the Humvee struck an improvised explosive device, taking the life of CPT English.

Tricia English is the mom of three boundless boys, a mental health therapist and the military widow of U.S. Army Captain Shawn English. As a young widow with three small sons to raise, Tricia drew strength from the words Shawn had written in a letter he left for her. Tricia and her boys learned about the mission of Folds of Honor in 2009 and have been part of the organization ever since.
