On the Catwalk

Is there a better time of year for fashion than right now? From New York to Paris to London, we seem to spend hours a day keeping up with our favorite designers and their beautiful Spring/Summer 2012 lines. So, you can imagine our excitement when we were able to send our very own designs down the runway in this year’s Tribeza Style Week Fashion Show. The models were positively radiant as they paraded down the catwalk at the legendary Texas State History Museum, sporting bright solid dresses, contrasting statement jewelry from our SS 2012 collection & seriously sleek hair. Royally Inspired

For us, color is a year-round trend. Long gone are the days of a strictly brown, black and gray fall uniform – and frankly, we’re pretty excited about it. We’re currently obsessing over all things purple… it seems like any time we take to the Color Bar, we can’t help but create designs around our fabulous purple agate. From rich violet to deep berry, any shade of purple seems to be the very perfect hue to pair with neutral basics, bringing an unexpected pop of color to a fall outfit. We’d love to see how you use different shades of purple in your own Color Bar creations!

Style Saturday on KXAN

This past weekend was a wild one! I was literally all over the country, filming with the Rachael Ray Show in New York one day, and back in Austin the next. I had an amazing time over at the KXAN studio for Style Saturday chatting all about Fall fashion. While we aren’t quite in the position to be wearing sweaters & scarves yet here in Texas, we can certainly get in the autumnal mood by donning fabulous accessories in rich natural shades!
