There’s nothing quite as exciting as a photoshoot, and that’s certainly true for us here at Kendra Scott. We had an absolute blast at our Fall 2012 photoshoot a few weeks ago, and we are thrilled to unveil some behind the scenes photos from the shoot. A seriously stellar team – our Creative Director Cheryl Mills, photographer Cory Ryan, wardrobe stylist Cristina Facundo, hair stylist Ricky Hodge, makeup artist Rochelle Rae, model Emma Hefti, our event photographer Roni Schanbaum, our intern Elizabeth Allensworth and, of course, Kendra herself. Makeup artist Rochelle Rae, of Rae Cosmetics, prepped adorable model Emma Hefti with a subtle smoky gray eye and a bright red lip as curlers were put into her hair for volume. While Mel Martell of Ricky Hodge Salon worked on creating fabulous hair.
Hair stylist Ricky Hodge, of Ricky Hodge Salon, created the bountiful floral crown himself out of fresh red dahlias.
The floral crowns were made by attaching each blossom to a wire – this is a great and easy DIY, perfect for an outdoor wedding!
Ricky models his finished product to creative director, Cheryl Mills. She approves.
KS intern Elizabeth assisted with the shoot and tried the floral crown on for size too.
Stylist Cristina Facundo dresses Emma in a gorgeous sheer pleated top and satin floral skirt, both from By George.
Ricky, Cristina and Cheryl put the final touches on our gorgeous, all-American model’s outfit.
The beautiful blooming crown is placed atop Emma’s braided updo, and Ricky secures it with bobby pins.

The extremely talented Cory Ryan, of Cory Ryan Photography, works her magic with the lens.
An incredible effort by Cheryl and Cory was the foundation for the success of our fall 2012 shoot.
Mama K is awe-struck with the photography results. It’s a go!
Emma’s final look is a perfect blend of classic with a touch of whimsy. Her chic, versatile top is by BB Dakota from St. Bernard’s Sports, her adorable, full skirt is by Lanvin from By George, and her sassy wine-tinted pumps are by Stuart Weitzman from Julian Gold in Austin. Emma accents her darling outfit with our Starla Earrings in Blue Goldstone, Ellery Bracelets in Horizon and our Tobin Ring in Red Tigers Eye, all from our Fall 2012 collection.
