How We Wear: Sheer

Here at Kendra Scott, it’s no secret that we love playing dress up.  Inspired by our recent sheer genius post, we decided to show off our own favorite sheer ensembles at the office.  Our Austin headquarters was a terrain of gorgeous translucent materials as our gals paired sheer pieces with complimentary Kendra Scott jewelry.  From ethereal sheer high-low and pleated skirts, to flouncy sheer tops, the trendy, lightweight material was worn in all sorts of ways at the Kendra Scott office.

There’s no doubt that sheer clothing is hot for summer, but sheer jewelry is just as fabulous.  Translucent stones such as peach quartz, light blue quartz, smoky quartz, and semi opaque stones like lilac and chalcedony pick up light and colors, accenting your outfit with ease.  Kendra Scott jewelry such as the Adele Necklace, Maya Cuff and Tana Ring come in sheer-like stones that allow our gorgeous filigree medallion to show, adding additional beauty and character to each piece.  Jewels like the Sommy Necklace, Cassie Bracelet and Marina Earrings in the translucent colors  lilac and chalcedony allow for the leopard-like metal cutouts of the frames to shine through, adding an edgy element.
