Color Craving: Coral + Mint

Here at Kendra Scott, it’s obvious that we have a soft spot for all things colorful, so when we saw the cool combination of the sherbet shades mint and coral trending, we were inspired.  Check out our favorite mint + coral inspired pieces from the spring and summer collection!  Reminiscent of a spring blossom or a summer coral reef, these two hues compliment each other in an organic way and are sure to make a statement when worn together.  Jill Stuart used the two colors throughout her spring 2012 collection, and we have fallen head over heels for the dress (top left) that combines the colors using soft and feminine sheer fabrics.  Bloggers have caught onto the duo too, and we love the look pairing mint jeans and a coral top that Chiara from The Blonde Salad put together.  The color combination is not just reserved for clothing – it can also be used to bring some color to your interior, and this painting by Ora Birenbaum shows how harmoniously the hues work together.  Another way to add splashes of these soft colors to your look is through accessories, and we have oodles of baubles in mint and coral hues that will allow you to do just that.  Check out our mint + coral Pinterest board here for more inspiration.
