Happy Halloween!
Hope everyone’s Halloween has gotten off to a delicious & devilish start! I just couldn’t wait any longer to unveil my getup this year. From my floor-grazing gown to candy-studded tiara, earrings and bracelet, I was a vision in yellow as The Lemon Drop Queen! Since Halloween happens to be one of my favorite days of the year, I love going all out for the annual Spooktacular that I host for our family, friends and neighbors. This year’s festivities really took the spooky factor to a new level, and I can’t wait to unveil photos from the party later in the week. Keep reading to see lots more details of this year’s costume, and I’d love to know: what are all of you wearing for Halloween this year?

Lucy in Disguise
I’m happy to report that our annual Spooktacular was a huge success! With all the celebrating that’s been going on, it’s hard to believe that Halloween isn’t until tomorrow. Of course, we aren’t the only ones in the spirit – our sweet family dog, Lucy, loves getting in costume, too! Our good friends at Midtown Groom & Board in Austin snapped these shots of her earlier this week, and we just had to share them with all of you. I’ll be back tomorrow with photo’s of my own Halloween ensemble (which you won’t want to miss), but until then, I’d love to know if any of you dress your pets for the holidays.

There’s Still Time to Shop for a Cure
You may remember at the beginning of the month, when we announced that we’d be donating 15% of proceeds from all pink jewelry sales to Breast Cancer Awareness. Since then, I’ve unfortunately learned that one of my dearest friends was diagnosed with the terrible disease. So to those of you who have participated, I personally can’t thank you enough. Whether you went out of your way to purchase something pink, or it was just a coincidence, each and every contribution will make a difference. With two days left in October, there’s still time to do your part… encourage your friends to ‘shop for a cure,’ and if you’re torn between turquoise & pink for that one design you’ve been eyeing, choose pink. Xo, Kendra

Bloggers We Love
If you’re anything like us, you probably read fashion blogs like it’s your job! Just one glimpse at What I Wore, and you’re repelling men like no tomorrow, sending them drowning in a Sea of Shoes. That said, we were practically doing backflips when we spotted our Tela Cocktail Ring in yellow on the ridiculously fabulous, Glamourai, pictured above. How exciting is it that the web’s most stylish ladies have been rocking their Kendra Scott jewels lately? We thought we’d start the weekend on a happy note by rounding up some of our favorite outfits, worn by some of our favorite gals. See more after the jump, and we’d love to know whose style you like best…

The Kendra Scott Headquarters: Studio Style
“I used to be an avid shopper. I was an extreme shoe nut and everyone used to call me Imelda, referring to the former first lady of the Philippines Imelda Marcos. Imelda was famous for owning over 2,700 pairs of shoes, I myself owned a few hundred. I had to have the perfect pair of shoes for every outfit as well as the perfect bag!”

Kendra’s Gem of the Day – J Brand Colored Jeans
Hi everyone, Kendra here! And today’s gem of the day is practically going to totally dictate my fall fashion. My must-have item of the moment is J Brand colored denim. They have a great fit to them, and come in fabulous colors (I already own pairs in purple, burnt orange, and teal!) I love that these can be worn a tad dressier than regular jeans… they pair wonderfully with a cute blazer for work but can still be dressed down with your favorite flat boots & an oversized sweater for a relaxed Sunday afternoon. What one item are you all loving for fall?
