Fiesta Flair – The Kendra Scott Summer Window Displays

In the midst of the Texas heat, colorful prints with a fiesta flare are our summertime inspiration.  For this season’s window displays at our Austin flagship store, we created three playful vignettes to showcase our bright, colorful jewels.  Using festive oil cloths, a unique perspective and lots of hard work, our creative team sculpted common materials into clever masterpieces.

Oil cloth has been used for decades.  The durable, colorful fabric is great for household projects and creative designs!  This material was the central inspiration for our window displays and we went with colors to accent our summer collection.  For our main window, a fruit frenzy oil cloth was sculpted into a whimsical vintage styled dress.  This silhouette makes any girl want to pack up and head out to a beautiful beach setting full of pina coladas and the warm sand between her toes.  For our second display, a hot air balloon takes you far, far away, to an enchanting picnic with yummy treats and fine wine.  Our third window features shreds of tropical prints that hang from the ceiling complimented with a watermelon pinata full of golden treasure!  We hope you like them!!
